How does it choose which sites to contact?
It starts with the keyword you want to support.
LinkScout looks for sites that already rank for that topic, then finds the right person to contact. Relevance comes before raw link volume.
How much work is left for me?

Does LinkScout guarantee rankings?
No.

Do I need to provide my own email account?
No. You can connect an email account you already own, or purchase one from LinkScout for $19.
If you purchase one, we send the account details to your LinkScout email within 24 hours. You then connect it manually, just like any other email account.
We ask for your country of residence when you order. The account purchase is separate from your LinkScout subscription.
Every pitch goes out from the address you connect. Most providers connect directly; other providers can connect over SMTP.
Why does it send only a few emails a day at first?
Because your domain's reputation is on the line, and we treat it that way.
LinkScout starts at 5 emails per day and increases the allowance with actual sending activity. Idle days do not earn a higher limit.
The ramp is the same on the trial and paid plan because your domain reputation matters either way.
Can I cancel anytime?
