Why check internal links?
Internal links help visitors and search engines move between related pages. A quick audit makes it easier to spot vague anchors, unexpected nofollow attributes and pages that receive very little contextual linking.
This tool reads the HTML you paste and classifies links using the domain you provide. It does not crawl your website, request a third-party API or save your content.
Use the report as a review aid. A generic anchor or nofollow link is not automatically wrong. The page purpose and the surrounding content still decide whether a change makes sense.

How do I get the HTML for a page?
Open the page in your browser, choose View page source, select all of the HTML and paste it here. You can also paste a smaller section such as an article or product description.
Is the HTML uploaded anywhere?
No. The parser runs in the browser. LinkScout receives no page HTML from this tool.
Does it find orphan pages?
No. Orphan-page detection needs a full-site crawl or sitemap. This lightweight checker focuses on the links present in the HTML you provide.
